The workshop’s objective was to bring together small-scale fishers and small-scale fisheries experts to exchange experiences and carry out joint initiatives, with the central objective of promoting the management and strengthening of traditional fishing territories, both inside and outside protected areas.

We are inviting submissions for an upcoming e-book focused on marine and inland small-scale fisheries in Brazil, which will be published in the TBTI Global Publication Series. This e-book is supported by SIANI as part of the Expert Group on Small-Scale Fisheries in Latin America.
